(REUTER'S TELEGRAMS.) Calcutta, October 12. The enemy are dispersing from the neighborhood of Cabul. General Roberta intended to have entered to-day. The total number of guns captured is 110. Calcutta, October 14. General Roberts, with Yakoob Khan, entered Cabul on the 12th. The tribes are returning home. Vienna, October 12. Owing to the severe weather in Hungary, several rivers have been blocked by ice, and a number of bridges destroyed. Sydney, Tuesday. Twenty of the men arrested for disturbances at the Waratah colliery were dismissed, but two were committed for trial on a charge of intimidation. Melbourne, Tuesday. Sailed; Albion, for New Zealand.
