N. Coleridge, C.E., and delineated on four lithographed plans, viz. : Plan of Town of Martinborough, Lower Valley, Wairarapa ; —Lota 1 to 598, Town Sections, quarter and half-acre; Lots 596 to G7O, Town Sections, one acre ; Lots 671 to 772, from four and a half to seventy-three acres each. Plan of Small Farm Sections, Block No. 1 ; Lots 1 to 52, upwards of 75 acres up to 1000 acres each. The balance in ten years at 6 per cent., with right to pay off at _ any time during the period by giving six months' notice.
