George Price, charged with assaulting Constable William McKinnon in the execution of his duty, and also with the robbery of several mir'cs from Messrs. Graves and Eleming, v.(amended until to-morrow. ’ , ANOTHER REMAND. Patrick StdHvah, alias Daniel Berry, was charged with stealing a gold chain and locket, one pair of earrings, and 9s. 6d. in silver, the property of William Henry Parnell. The police declined to prosecute, and at the request of the prisoner the case was remanded until to-morrow.

AFFILIATION. Enoch Spenser, charged with noglectlnu to support his illegitimate child, appeared on remand, and informed the Bench that the ease had been settled out of Court. LARCENY, Peter Newton pleaded guilty to stealing certain articles of the value or 7-’. fid., the property of Henry Britten, i lie Bench sentenced him to four week-’ imprisonment.
