The Turkish Commander of the Army at Novi-Bazar has formally protested against the Austrian occupation, though he abstained from the use of forcible measures. Newcastle, Saturday. It is reported that a baud of 100 men attacked aud maltreated three men, arrivals at the Waratah mine, and compelled them to go to Newcastle.
