A public artesian well now in flow. The town allotments are laid off on each side of the Hastings-Havelock-road, in continuation.of and doubling the present township. The suburban and farm lots extend along the railway line on the east side from the township, on the west side from the Agricultural Pastoral Society’s show ground—the new racecourse—to the old Ngaruroro river. The sale being on deferred payments, bearing a low rate of interest, will put this limited and valuable land within the reach of -small capitalists, and offers an opportunity for investment that is rarely to be met with.
