The Equity of Redemption of all that magnificent property situated in Lambtonquay (known as the old Club premises), being an allotment of land having a frontage of GOft. to Lambton-quay, by a depth of 138 ft., together with the splendid buildings thereon. The mortgage upon this property is about £4OOO. Lot 4. Three valuable Town Sections in the Township of Awahuri, Manawatu, being those numbered 62, 101, and 139 in the plan o! ,!!.« said township.
