In Bani ruptcy IX THE SUTREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT.—In the Matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1376, Amendment Act, 1873, and of THOMAS WILLIAM TANKEU3LEY, of the Upper blain, near Masterton West, farmer, a debtor.—Notice is hereby given that the above-named debtor, Thomas William Tankersley, did, on Monday, the 21st day of July, 1879, tile in the Supreme Court of Wellington a deed of composition, dated the 14th day of July, 1879, and made between the said Thomas William Tankersley, of the first part, William Sellar, of Masterton, aforesaid, storekeeper, of the second part, and all the creditors of the said Thomas William Tankersley, of the third part; and that a meeting of the creditors of the said Thomas William Tankersley is hereby summoned for WEDNESDAY, the sixth day of AUGUST next, at the office of Messrs.
