The Commercial Banking Company of Sydney have declared a dividend of -25 per cent., and increased the capital to £600,000.
Sir Henry Parkes’ resolutions in the Assembly were carried by 23 to 13. The debate on the Hon. Mr. Docker’s counter-resolutions in the Council was adjourned, in consequence of the death of Sir Deas Thomson. Melbourne, Friday.
