MEETING OF CREDITORS.
A meeting of creditors in the estate of Mr. C. Emmett was held jeaterday morning at the Supreme Court, Mr. Carroll in the chair. It was decided to agree to the composition of 12s. 6d. in the pound, guaranteed by Messrs. Turnbull and Co,, payable at three and six months.
