Auctions I HEREBY give notice that under a writ of fieri facias , duly issued out of the Supreme Court at the suit of ARTHUR BIGBY BUNNY, of the Town of Masterton, Solicitor, I have taken in execution the equity of redemption of GEORGE HEDGER, of the City of Wellington, Painter, in all that parcel of land, being portion of Section 239 on the plan of the City of Wellington, and being Allotments numbered 28 and 29 on the plan of the said section as subdivided. Bounded towards the North thirty-three feet six inches, and thirty-three feet six inches by Vivianstreet; towards the South thirty-three feet six inches and thirty-three feet six inches by other part of the said section ; towards the East by Lot 27 of the said section ; and towards the West by Lot 30, and measuring respectively ninety-nine feet, together with the buildings and erections thereon ; and that I intend to cause the same to be sold at the auction rooms of Messrs. Laery and Campbell, in the City of Wellington, on the EIGHTH day of OCTOBER, 1879, at two o’clock in the afternoon, unless the same be previously released.
