The Chimborazo arrived at Suez yesterday. Mr. Berry reached Melbourne to-night, and was publicly received in Spencer-street. A torchlight procession was formed, and proceeded to the Treasury, at the top of Collinsstreet, where Mr. Berry made a speech, thanking the people for the reception. He believed the Reform Question had been brought to a point where victory was assured. The people had the moral support of the best minds in England, and could not fail to win.
