[ The Mills are on the latest and most modern principle, provided with saws, benches, belts, &0., that have no equal. They are driven by two powerful steam engines, the one 16-horse power, capable of working up to 24 ; the other 14-horse power, capable of working up to 21. They are furnished with the best of saws from 3ft. 6in. to sft., breaking down bench, ripping bench, slab bench, driving gear (good and sound), all belts (nearly new), logging trucks, timber trucks, hauling up winch, iron tanks, and a never-failing supply of waterforsteam purposes, with a large pond for logs in front, wharf, tramways, &c.
