The City Council of Christchurch are prepared to receive DESIGNS for a TOWN HALL and MUNICIPAL OFFICES in accordance with the Conditions and Plan of Site deposited at the Office of the Town Clerk at Dunedin, Auckland, Wellington, Nelson, Hokitika, Oamavu, Timaru, Napier, Wanganui, Invercargill, and Christchurch. Premiums offered are £IOO for the Best Design, and £SO for the second. Designs, addressed to the Town Clerk, are to be sent to the Town Clerk’s Office, Christchurch, by Noon of the 14th July, 1879.
