fBBLITER'S TELEGRAMS.) Melbourne, Tuesday. It is clearly proved that the men seen at Dandenong were not the Kellys. A single case of bailing up a man unknown is reported. The liabilities of the Provincial and Suburban Bank, which stopped payment, are very small. The operations were limited, and the assets cover the deficiency. A meeting of the associated banks was held to-day. A disposition was shown to support note holders, but nothing was decided. Mace, Thomson, Foley, and Hicken' were discharged on. a charge of a conspiracy for a breach of the peace. Seventeen magistrates were on the Bench. Sailed : Rotorua. Arrived : Arawata.

Sir Henry Parkea, in reference to the vote for the public schools, stated that the Government contemplated introducing important educational changes.
Advices from New Guinea state that ten mote native teachers have died of fever.
