Meetings, &c. TE ARO THEATRE AND PUBLIC HALL COMPANY (Limited). NOTICE. ; The ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING cf the Shareholders of the above Company will be held iu the Vestibule of the Imperial. Opera House, on WEDNESDAY, the 30th INST., at 7.30 p.m. Business : To receive Annual Report, and to elect Directors and Auditors, who retire in accordance with the Articles of Association. Immediately after the above Ordinary Meeting of the said Company an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders thereof will be held at the same place for the following purposes, viz,: — 1. To ratify and confirm a deed of mortgage made by the Directors of the Company to the Wellington Trust Loan and Investment Company, Limited, and to authorise the Directors, at the request of the lastnamed Company, by deed to confirm the said mortgage 1 and the contemporaneous agreement executed therewith. • 2. To empower the Directors to execute a mortgage or mortgages (subject to the security held by the Wellington Trust Loau. and Investment Company) of the property of, the Company to secure payment of any portion or portions of the cost ’of the buildings for the erection of which the Company is, established, j not exceeding in the whole the sum of 1 '£7ooo, and to bear interest at a rate not exceeding £9 per centum per annum. 3. To execute a mortgage or mortgages of . the. property, of the Company to secure the payment of any. portion 1 or, portions of the cost of the buildings for the erectioin-of which' the ; orapany is established, not exceeding in the whole the sum of £2500, and to boar interest at a rate not exceeding £lO per centum per annum.
