Alfred Luxford,- who. yesterday was found guilty of horse-stealing and recommended to mercy on account of his youth, was this morning, sen-, teheed to six months' imprisonment with hard labor. John Donaghy was yesterday found guilty of stealing-£lB from-a dwelling, and was this morning sentenced to one year’s imprisonment with - hard 1 "labor.' G. W. Conrad, yesterday found guilty of horse-stealing and recommended to "mercy on account of his youth, being only fifteen years of ago, was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment with hard labor. Michael Free was this morning found guilty of maliciously, wounding. Denis Henley,, but strongly recommended to mercy because' of having received great provocation.
