To ratify and confirm a deed of mortgage made by the Directors of the Company to the Wellington Trust Loan and Investment Company, Limited, and to authorise the Directors, at the request of the lastnamed Company, by deed to confirm the said mortgage and the contemporaneous agreement executed therewith. 2. To empower the Directors to execute a mortgage or mortgages (subject to the security held by the Wellington Trust Loan and investment Company) of the property of the Company to secure payment of any portion or portions of the cost of the buildings for the erection of which the Company is established, not exceeding in the whole the sum of £7OOO, and to bear interest at a rate not exceeding £9 per centum per annum. 3. To execute a mortgage or mortgages of the property ot the Company to secure the payment of any portion or portions of the cost of the buildings for the erection of which the Company is established, not exceeding in the whole the sum of £2500, and to bear interest at a rate not exceeding £lO per centum per annum.
