(REUTER'S TELEGRAMS.) London, March 26. The tenders for the Queensland four per cent, loan, £1,181,486, amount to £2,934,000. Those at £B9 Is. 6d. and upwards will be received in full. The Oriental Bank was unable to pay a dividend for last half year, the whole of the reserve having been absorbed. The wool sales closed to-day. 239,000 bales were sold during the series, and 30,000 held over for next sales. : March 28. An Austrian official note proposes that a corps of 16,000 contingents from the Great Powers should occupy Roumelia for twelve months after the evacuation of the Russian troops, for the purpose of maintaining order. The Cuzco has sailed from Plymouth. There has been a lengthy discussion in the House of Commons on a vote of want of confidence by Sir Charles Dilke relative to the Zulu war. Lord Stanley said it was inexpedient to make any statement defending Sir Bartle Erere. The House agreed to an adjournment of the debate. The Under-Secretary of State for India will ask leave to introduce a Bill to authorise a loan of ten millions from England for India. Constantinople, March 26. A majority of the European Commission sitting in Roumelia has declared to the Great Powers that in consequence of the great excitement of the population, and the opposition offered by the Austrian officials, the financial administration of the province, according to the treaty of Berlin, is impossible.
