KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that the Hutt County Council did, by special order, made on the 25th day of March instant, direct that all the Public Pounds existing within the County prior to the 30th day of January, 1879, should be Public Pounds within the County from and after the date on which the said resolution should come into force as a special order under the provisions of “ The Counties Act, 1876,” and that the fees and charges from thenceforth payable to the several Poundkeepers in respect of animals pounded, and for the sustenance of the same whilst in the Pound, should be those respectively set forth in the schedule thereunder and hereunder written: — SCHEDULE.
