(REUTERS TELEGRAMS.) London, February 14. The Lord President of the Council declined to reply to the question, does the Government intend sending a physician to Astrakan to report upon the plague. (SPECIAL TO PRESS AGENCY.) Sidney, Saturday. The Government has decided to invite the Prince of Wales to the Sydney Exhibition. A space of four acres has been granted adjoining the Exhibition Building for the Paris captive baloon. Sir Hercules Robinson leaves for New Zealand on the 15th March, in HALS. Emerald, the Wolverene accompanying her.
