BANKRUPTCY COURT.

Tuesday, January 21. (Before his Honor the Chief Justice.) In he 3. 3. TTB, At tho instance of Mr. Fitzherbert this matter was postponed till Friday. in RE w. H. SWAIN. Mr. Fitzherbert applied for an order of discharge in favor of bankrupt. There was no opposition, and the necessary order was granted. IN BE JOHN M'CAtJL. Mr. Fitzherbert applied for an order of discharge in favor of bankrupt. There was no opposition. IN BE WILLIAM OILOHBIBT. Mr. Edwards moved for an order declaring completely executed a certain deed of assignment in trust, under the 128th section of the Act. The creditors had unanimously agreed to a resolution approving the deed. IN BE SYDNEY STIDDOLPH. Mr. Fitz Gerald, instructed by Mr. Cheeseman, applied for an order of discharge in favor of bankrupt. There was no opposition, and the order was granted. IN BE a. 11. SMART. Mr. Fitz Gerald, instructed by Mr. Cheeseman, made a similar application in this case. —Granted. IN BE DANIEL TOOHILL. At the instance of Mr. Fitz Gerald, instructed by Mr. Cheeseman, a certificate of discharge was granted in this case. IN BE JAMES GUILFORD. Mr. Travers moved for an order declaring completely executed a deed of assignment between a debtor and his creditors. The deed had been assented to by the creditors, and simply provided that the property should be realised and distributed rateably. IN RE MAZELLAH SCOTT. At the instance of Mr. Allan, an order of discharge was granted bankrupt.
