Nominators must state colore at time o entry, as well as their Post Office address. The time for receiving entries and accept, ances will be strictly adhered to. No nominations or acceptances will be received unless rccompanied with the proper fees. Four competitors to start or no third prize, three or no second prize, two or no first prize.
