JUDGE MOLESWORTH, of VICTORIA Has granted an interim injunction only ,inst«the sale of bottles with labels and ippcrs similar to the plaintiff's, which decision has been appealed against, and will be heard by the Full Court in September next. Judge Molesworth has also decided that the trade term " Aromatic Schiedam Schnapps " is public property. HASSALL'S REPORT. Tho Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 54, Holborn Viaduct, E.C., London, flth May, 1877. Report on a Sample of Imperial Sohiodam Schnapps received from Mr. H. J. Hart, We have subjected a sample of the above'named article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are set forth in a separate report, show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces of solid matter in solution.
