This beautiful and productive property consists of 200 acres of the richest grass land. The house, which has been strongly and faithfully built of the heart of totara, is well arranged, possessing every possible convenience, and will no doubt last for more than SO years to come, with ordinary wear and tear. There is a well-stocked orchard, and ornamental grounds. The property is divided into seven paddocks, and has kept about 1000 sheep on it fer the past ten or twelve years. Each section will bo pegged and numbered before the day of sale.
