The Treasurer of the Borough of New Plymouth is authorised by the Borough Council to receive applications at the price of not less than £IOO for every £IOO Debenture, payable as follows ; £lO per cent, on application The Balance, December 81, 1878 ; and to state that the half-yearly dividends will be payable at the Bank of New Zealand, New Plymouth, or at any branches of the bank, on January Ist and July Ist, from year to year, until June 30th, 1890, when tho Debentures will be paid. Coupons will be attached to the Debentures, and every six months the holder of 1 debenture will be paid £3 10s, The securities for due payment of the dividends are : Ist. Tho Borough Fund. r_ 2nd.
