JUDGE MOLESWORTH, of VICTORIA Has granted au interim injunction on 1 against the sale of bottles with labels and wrappers similar to the plaintiff's, which decision has been appealed against, and will be heard by the Full Court in September next. Judge Molesworth has also decided that the trade term " Aromatic Schiedam Schnapps" id public property. The popularity and increasing demand for HART'S IMPERIAL SCHIEDAM SCHNAPrS has become so great that the proprietor, in order to avoid the delay of law, pending his appeal, has arrauged to place m the market n a few days his genuine ami highly esteemed " IMPEIiI VL SCHIEDAM SCHNAPPS" in bottles and labels altogether dissimilar to Wolfe's, thereby conforming to the present order of the Court of Victoria, ami preventing any imposition on or mistake by the public.
