A large sale of hind will be held in the Exchange Laud Mart on Monday next by Messrs. T. Kennedy Maed nald and Co., when they will offer the following valuable properties : The first lots to be offered are 20 valuable small farms, half a mile from Halcombe, of a convenient size, averaging from 20 to 80 acres, having frontages to the main road from Feilding. The railway line from Foxton to Manawatu runs through this property. Fourteen allotments, subdivisions of town acre 755, having frontages to Adelaide-road, Johnstreet, and Hanson-street.
