LAND SALE.

A large sale of hind will be held in the Exchange Laud Mart on Monday next by Messrs. T. Kennedy Maed nald and Co., when they will offer the following valuable properties : The first lots to be offered are 20 valuable small farms, half a mile from Halcombe, of a convenient size, averaging from 20 to 80 acres, having frontages to the main road from Feilding. The railway line from Foxton to Manawatu runs through this property. Fourteen allotments, subdivisions of town acre 755, having frontages to Adelaide-road, Johnstreet, and Hanson-street. The advance in the price of land in that part of the city is well known ; the sections are murked off with the firm's flags ; there is also a large banner on the land, so that people can see what they are buying. Those valuable premises lately occupied by J. Huxley as a tailoring establishment ; these premises being opposite the principal buildings in Manners-street, should command high prices. Six sections in the.port of Foxton, being near the post office. Fourteen sections in the genuine township of Woodville; this township being situated at the junction of the railway from both coasts must be an important township, and the Government have resolved to spend £600,000 on the Woodville line. A valuable building allotment in Majori-bank-street, in a healthy position, with good view of the harbor, and the only allotment iu that neighborhood now available for building. Eighteen sections in the delightful seaside suburb of Kilbirnie, and sections in the flourishing township of Awatoto, only about two miles from Napier. A business site in the township of Featherston, opposite the railway station. Sections in Palrnerston close to the Square, and several of the finest selections in the township of Carnarvon. Tho above list of valuable properties should suit the wishes of all kinds of purchasers.
