SPECIAL TELEGRAMS. London, (Undated). Disraeli, speaking at the Lord Mayor’s banquet, said he regarded the invasion of India as impossible. As to the Berlin Treaty, he said tho Ministers believed that all tho signatory Powers intended to enforce the treaty ; but tho time had now elapsed for its being fulfilled. At any rate, England was resolved to maintain the treaty by all the force at its command. The Australian Commissioners at Paris were banquetted, and presented Owen with a silver epergno valued at £250. (REUTER’S SPECIAL TO PRESS AOEXCYJ London, November 11. The London papers approve warmly of Disraeli’s speech. Vienna, November 10. The Emperor of Austria has granted an amnesty to the insurgents of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
