Auctions STATION in that part of the country have fixed upon a site about the centre of the allotments now to be offered for sale, and where the three great lines of railway meet. Numerous applications have been mads to the Vendors by Bankers, Hotelkeepers, Storekeepers, and others, to be allowed to make their selections, but considering the valuable character of every allotment in the Township and the natural eagerness of all those best conversant with the District to invest in them, the Vendors have determined to give all a fair chance and submit every allotment to the hammer. It is needless to say anything of the merits of a Township so admirably situated as NO ItMANBY EXTENSION. It is the natural centre of the finest agricultural District in NewZealand, and the whole of the great traffic from Taranaki through the Waimate Plains must go to it as the great receiving depot. Terms will be fixed on a liberal basis. Title Band Transfer Act.
