MANGONUI AND BAY OF ISLANDS ELECTORAL.
A Bill intituled au Act providing for the Hearing of Objections to certain persona claiming to be Eleotors for the Mangonui and Bay of Islands Electoral District. Whereas, at the last sitting of the Revision Court for the electoral district of Mangonui and Bay of Islands, objections to the claims of a large number of persons made by the legistration officer could not be heard, by reason of the registration officer having resigned liis office immediately before the sitting of the said Court: And whereas it is just and expedient that the said objections should be heard at the next sitting of the Revision Court for the said district: Be it therefore enacted by the General Aseembly of Now Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1. The short title of this Act shall bo the Mangonui and Bay of Islands Electoral Act, 187 S. 2. it shall be the duty of the registration officer of the electoral district of Mangonui and Bay of Islands, and he is hereby required, to insert the name of any person who was so objected to as aforesaid in the next list of voters for revision as a person objected to, ' so that all such objections as aforesaid may bo beard and determined at the next sitting of the Revision Court for the said electoral district of Mangonui and Bay of Islands.
