The official Austrian Gazette announces the object . of the rising to be the extension of Bulgaria to the TEgean Sea, Calcutta, October 30. The Begum of Bhopal has offered to arm her troops in aid of the Indian Government. The whole of the Bhopal battalion has offered to volunteer for active service anywhere under the Indian Government.
