The railway runs alongside the property. It adjoins the valuable estates of W. L. Lucena, Esq., and Mr. Nicholls, the fertility, beauty, and value of which are so widely known. There is a beautiful view of the grand Wairarapa Lake, which is within two miles’ distance. Section, No. 353, on the Taratahi Block East, consisting of 142 acres 2 roods 32 perches, and adjoins the valuable piece of land lately sold to Mr. Chew by Messrs. Jacob Joseph & Co.
