DUNCAN will sell by public auction, at his salerooms, Panamastreet, Wellington, on Friday, Ist November— Section, No. 463, on the Map of the Plan of the Featherston District, consists of 284 acres, nearly all of which is Hat table land of the richest soil. The railway runs alongside the property. It adjoins the valuable estates of W. L. Lucena, Esq., and Mr. Nicholls, the fertility, beauty, and value of which are so widely known. There Is a beautiful view of the grand Wairarapa Lake, which is within two miles’ distance. Section, No. 353, on tho Taratahi Block East, consisting of 142 acres 2 roods 32 perches, and adjoins the valuable piece of laud lately sold to Mr. Chew by Messrs. Jacob Joseph & Co. This section contains some very fine doss of timber, including totara, raatai, fix'. The distance from the main land to Mastcrtou is about two miles, and within a very short distance of Messrs.
