Block 18.—Sections 71 and 72, Oxford-street; sections A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, and K, having frontages to Broadway, Bond, Hair, and Lambert streets. Section G contains a‘ well-finished six-roomed house, in addition to pantry andj washhouse, good stable, and outhouse. The house is built of the best material, and has many fixture conveniences, including a 400-gallon tank. Section H'contains a well-finished tworoomed house; with passage and porch, and 400-gallon tank. Section K has a well-finished four-roomed house thereon.
