Osprey; ships—Kakala, St. Leonards, Wairoa, and Zealandia ; barques—St, Louis, Malay, Antares, and Craigia Lea ; brig Jane. The steamer Ladybird, for the South, sailed on Saturday evening. The steamer Stormbird, from Wanganui, arrived at the wharf at 1.30 on Saturday afternoon. She left at 2 o’clock the same day, and experienced fine weather up. She loaves again to-day. The schooner Clio, forWaltapti, cleared tho Heads yesterday afternoon. The steamer Taiaroa, for the North, left on Saturday afternoon. The barque Malay was berthed at the wharf on. Saturday. The ship Raikala will complete dischargihg bar cargo at the end of the week. The topsail schooner Hosannah Rose, from Oarcaru; with a cargo of colonial produce, arrived in harbor early on Saturday morning. During the afteonooa 'she hauled into the wharf, and will commence dlscliarging to-day. The steamer Kiwi, for Castlepoint and Napier, left on Saturday. The steamer Manawatu, for Wanganui, iett on Saturday. The steamer Rangatira, for Napier and Poverty Day,.left on Saturday evening. The little steamer Osprey, which has been on Meech’s alip for repairs, was launched O'a Saturday morning, and went for a trip round the harbor. Her sresent5 resent owners have not yet decided whr.t they intend oing with her. The following coasters cleared out from the Customs on Saturday:—Star of the Sea, for Pelorus Sound ; Thames, for Pelorus Sound ; P-üby, for 'Kaikoura ; Sarah Pile, for Kaipara ; and Clio, for Waitapu. The steamer Arawata, from Nelson, arrived at f> 30 on Saturday night. She left at noon tho same ! day, and cxoerlenced northerly winds across. f The steamer Tui, from Kaikoura and Lyttelton, > arrived here on Saturday at midnight. She left the : latter place on Friday at 6.30 p.m.. and arrived at Kaikoura tho next morning at 7.39. Left again at ' 11.30 the same morning, and arrived here as above. * She sails for Foxton to-day. , Tho steamer Jane Douglas, from Foxton, arrived in harbor at 8.30 on Saturday night- She left Foxton the ' same day at noon, and experienced fine weather and i light winds across. >.
