TE ARO RECLAMATION BILL.

The following is the report of the Standing Orders Committee on the above Bill. It quite sets tho matter at rest this session : “ The Joint Committee on Standing Orders on Private Bills have the honor to report that in the case of the To Aro Reclamation Bill none of the standing orders on private Bills have been complied with, and that, in the opinion of the committee, such standing orders ought not to be dispensed with.— M. Richmond, Chairman."
