As the notice of thesale is necessarily short, the Auctioneer advises all to inspect this beautifully situated and important township without DELAY. Buyers, or those thinking of becoming purchasers, are reminded of the great importance and effect produced on all freeehold properties in Kilbirnie’Nortk and South by the triumphal inauguration and successful working of the steam tramway, which doubtless in the course of a very few months will be obliged to connect with Kilbirnie North and South. The buildings erected on Kilbirnie North, and the consequent great rise in the value of property since its, sale in August last year, should be at once a guide and friendly warning to all, persona to take advantage Of tile sale on Tuesday, Bth October.
