Tucker, Edwin Bassett, Sophia R, Luhrs, Carlota; three-masted schoonerllessle McDonald : brigantine Star. “The hands on board the ship Zealamlia were busy all clay yesterday painting the vessel’s side and getting her in general ship-shape order. The ketch Huon Belle, which arrived here on Sunday evening, is to undergo extensive repairs from the damage she sustained by her late stranding at Patea and Manawatu. The schooner Anrora, after a lengthy stay in harbor, occasioned by the late boisterous weather, sailed early yesterday morning for the East Coast. Owing to the strong N.W, breeze of yesterday the ship St. Leonards was not brought in to the wharf. The sliip Orari expects to finish discharging at the end of the week. - The three-masted schooner Jessie McDonald hauled out from the wharf yesterday. She sails to-morrow. The steamer Taupo, from the South, is due here to-day, and sails to-morrow for Auckland via the East Coast. -

She will commence discharging to-day. The steam collier Easby, from Sydney, arrived in harbor early yesterday morning. Sho left Sydney at 9 p.m. on the 23rd Instant, with light N.E. winds and fine weather to the 27th; thence light N.W. winds, attended with heavy rain, hard squalls, and much thunder and lightning to the 2Sth; thence dense fog and northerly winds to Capo Farewell at 8 •a,m. on the 20tb : passed Stephens Island at 4 p.m. same day, with light variable winds and hazy weather, followed by brisk northerlies up to arrival. Reports passing the Wakatipu in Cook Strait. She leaves for the South to-day. The Union Company's steamer Hawea left yesterday evening for Lyttelton and Port Chalmers. Tho Napier, for Blenheim, left last night. The schooner Shepherdess, from Plcton, arrived in harbor early yesterday morning. She brings a quantity of timber and four tuna whale oil from the Tory Channel station. The Wellington, for Plcton and Nelson, left yesterday at midday. The Stormbird, for Wanganui, left yesterday evening. The Manawatn, for Wanganui, leaves to-day.
