Shipping Notices NOTICE TO CONSIGNEES FEE STAB, FROM NEW YORK. THE above ship is now entered at the Customs, and will commence discharging on - MONDAY, 30th instant. _ Consignees will therefore please pass; entries in terms of bills of lading. Goods impeding the discharge will be landed and stored at risk and expense of consignees. In consequence of the above-named vessel, on her recent voyage from New York, having made sacrifices and incurred expenses which may form a general average claim .upon the cargo, it will bo necessary for consignees, before obtaining delivery, to pay a deposit of 2J (two and a-half) per cent, on the value ol their consignments, and to execute a bond to pay the correct sum, less the deposit, on the adjustment of the average.
