Has granted an interim injunction onty against the sale of bottles with labels anc wrappers similar to the plaintiff's, which decision has r been appealed against, and ..will be heard by the Full Court in September next. Judge Moleswortli has also decided that the trade term " Arom'atic Schiedam Schnapps " is public property. Wo have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very, careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are set forth in a separate report, show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contain* but traces of solid matter in solution.
