Auctions Taking advantage, of the experience gained by tbe running of the steam tramway in, Wellington, ample provision has been made in the formation of the various streets in Seatoun for allowing easy curves for the lading down of the future tramway,' and which '.would, bo ft; great advantage if a similar principle were: adopted in Wellington, and doubtless will be in the laying out of future towuahips. -' _ The whole of the site of Seatoun is nearly; a dead level, having a fine view of the ocean, ’ being the entrance to the harbor at Worser Bay, and possessing a safe anchorage, with a: beautiful sandy beach iu front of the township, extending fully a mile long. This spot has been celebrated for the past 37 years for the excellent and abundant fish of all sorts procurable here. As ft matter of fact there is no other place within many miles of this largo and constantly increasing city possessing 50 many attractions as Seatoun, and the Auctioneer feels confident in recommending this great sale (perfectly unreserved) to the attention of men of capital and to persons of moderate and ‘Small means. The proprietor would not have thought of disposing of it bad it not been necessary for him to leave New Zealand for some considerable time before long. Carriages will be provideebby the Auctioneer before the day of sale, to enable all desirous of inspecting this favored locality to do so. Lithographed plans may be obtained ou applying at the'Auctioneer’s office, and also particulars as to terms of payment, which are very liberal, may be learnt on applying to R. J. As tbe notice of thesale is necessarily short, the Auctioneer advises all to inspect this beautifully situated and important township without DELAY. Buyers, or those" thinking of becoming purchasers, are reminded of the great importance and effect produced on all frceehold properties in Kilbirnie North and South by the triumphal inauguration and successful working of the steam tramway, which doubtless in the course of a very few months will be obliged to connect with Klbirnie North and South. The buildings erected ou Kilbirnie North, and the consequent great rise in the value of property since its sale iu August last'year, should be at once a guide and friendly warning to all persons to take advantage of the sale on Thursday, 26th instant. These great and agreeable opportunities are only afforded once in the course of the lives of a very few. Take advantage of them, says the Auctioneer, ) IT IS NOW OR NEVER.
