TENDERS (in the form of an agreement to purchase) will be received by the undersigned up to the 30th September next, for the purchase of the improved farm, near Wanganui, known as “ Holly Lodge/* containing by the title deeds 612 acres, and by survey 640 acres, consisting of sections 53, 54, 55, 65, 72, and part of 50, 51, 52, Wanganui River, right bank.
