A block, comprising nearly three acres of Laud, including the whole of Town Acre No. 162, the whole of Town Acre No. 164, and the unoccupied portion of Town Acre 166. These sections have frontages to Wellington Terrace, and to Dixon Street. Permission has been granted by the City Council to make a road through the block ; if constructed this will connect Willis Street with Wellington Terrace, which will increase the frontages and render the property valuable and accessible.
