Messrs, bethune & hunter win sell by public auction, at their Sale* rooms, Exchange Buildings, Manners Street, Te Aro, on Thursday, 29th August, 1878, at 2 o’clock— LOT 1. A block, comprising nearly three acres of Laud, including the whole of Town Acre No. 162, the whole of Town Acre No. 164, and the unoccupied portion of Town Acre 166. These sections have frontages to Wellington Terrace, and to Dixon Street. Permission has been granted by the City Council to make a road through the block ; if constructed this will connect Willis Street with Wellington Terrace, which will increase the frontages and render the property valuable and accessible. LOT 2. A block, containing nearly three acres of land, including the whole of Town Acre No. 192, the whole of Town Acre'No. 194, and the residue of Town Acre No. 193 (all the acre except the portion occupied by Dr. Lemon and Mr. Morton.)
