GEORGE THOMAS has received instructions from the Trustees to sell by public auction, on Thursday, 29th August, at 2 o’clock, at his rooms, Lambton-quay, those splendid freehold premises contained in Lot No. 1— No. 1 Lot. i A three-storey warehouse (freehold), erected in 1876; contractors, Rountree and Russell ; architect, C. Tringham, Esq. The whole of the frame Hobarton hardwood (extra size); front planked and panelled with heart of kauri, as well as flooring ; sides, back, and roof covered with corrugated iron ; size of building, 50ft. frontage to Mannersstreet ; depth, 80ft. or thereabouts. The whole of the machinery is in thorough working order.
