GEORGE THOMAS has received instructions from the Trustees to sell by public auction, on Thursday, 29th August, at 2 o’clock, at his rooms, Lambton-quay, those splendid freehold premises contained in Lot No. 1— No. 1 Lot. A three-storoy warehouse (freehold), erected in 1870; contractors, Rountree and Russell ; architect, C. Tringham, Esq.
