SALE OF FREEHOLD AND LEASEHOLD PROPERTIES. INiTHE ASSIGNED ESTATE OF BECK AND TONKS, WELLINGTON.. GEORGE THOMAS has received instructions from the Trustees to sell by public auction, on Thursday, 29th August, at 2 o’clock, at his rooms, those splendid freehold premises contained in Lot No, 1— No. 1 Lot. A three-storey warehouse (freehold), erected in 1876; contractors, Rountree and Russell ; architect, C. Tringham, Esq. The whole of the frame Hobarton hardwood (extra size); front planked and panelled ■with heart of kauri, as well as flooring ; sides, back, and roof covered with corrugated iron ; size of building, 50ft. frontage to Mannersstreet ; depth, 80ft. or thereabouts. Ground floor approached from Mannersstreet ; second floor approached from Willlsstreet, being on a level with the approach from Willis-street; third (floor is also approached from Willis-street, thereby only having to lift the goods one story,- which is accomplished by aa American lift, being a fixture on the third floor. The whole of the machinery is in thorough working order.
