The property has a frontage of about two and a half miles to. the main road leading from Wellington to the Wairarapa, and there is a constant stream of water running through it. The buildings consist of one two-storey house containing six rooms, a cottage containing four rooms, a ten-stall stable, and- several outbuildings. The,orchard, of about one acre in extent, is well stocked with fruit trees, and fenced. 2. Five hundred acres, situate also at Pakuratahi, on the opposite side of , the road to tho above. Seventy acres of the land are cleared and laid down in English grasses, fenced and subdivided into paddocks, and about one hundred acres are perfectly level. , • There is a house containing cloven room’, a stable with thirty stalls and loose box.
