The buildings consist of one two-storey bouse containing six rooms, a cottage containing four rooms, a ten-stall stable, and several outbuildings. • The orchard, of about one acre in extent, is well stocked'with fruit trees, and fenced. 2. Five hundred 'aores, situate'also at Pakuratahi, on the opposite side of the road to the above. Seventy acres of the land-are cleared and laid down in English grasses, fenced and subdivided into paddocks, and about one hundred aores are perfectly level. There is a house' containing eleven room’, a stable with thirty stalls and loose box. A stream of water runs through the property.
