I The orchard, of about one acre in extent, is j well stocked with fruit' trees, and fenced. | 2. Five hundred acres, situate also at Pakuratahi, on the opposite side of ! the road to the above. Seventy acres of the land are cleared and laid down in English grasses, fenced and subdivided into paddocks, and about one hundred acres- are perfectly level. There ia a house containing eleven rooms, a stable with thirty stalls and loose box. A stream of water runs through the property.
