The orchard, of about one acre in extent, is well stocked with fruit trees, and fenced. 2. Five hundred acres, situate also at ; Pakuratahi, on the opposite side of the road to the above. Seventy acres of the laud are cleared and laid down in English grasses, fenced and subdivided into paddocks, and about one hundred acres are perfectly level. There is a house containing eleven rooms, a stable with thirty stalls and louse box. A stream of water runs through-the property..
